Job Summary
Source sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for contractors to ensure full account recruitment. Administer external and internal recruitment processes while managing relationships with senior operations, hiring managers, and HR. Track market conditions, update management on progress and issues, and maintain recruitment materials to meet customer satisfaction objectives. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires H.S. Diploma/GED, two years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Includes 0-10% travel.
