Job Summary
Join St. Mary's Health Care System as a full-time Pathologist in Athens, GA. Work alongside two board-certified pathologists to provide diagnostic pathology services with collaborative, multidisciplinary support, shared call coverage, and strong administrative backing. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient care quality, and continuity of high-quality diagnostic services within an established hospital-based pathology service. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
- ACGME/AOA Pathology residency completion
- Board Certification through the American Board of Pathology in AP/CP
- Georgia medical state licensure
- DEA registration with Board of Pharmacy
- Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills with commitment to teamwork and service excellence
