Job Summary
Pathology Collector Reliever role covering scheduled/unplanned absences at collection clinics and hospitals within a defined geographic area. Collect blood and non-blood samples with care, maintain meticulous records and documentation, prepare and package specimens for transport and testing, and liaise with customers, clinic staff, and couriers. Requires strong customer service, empathy, ability to work autonomously, and willingness to travel between clinics; includes opportunities across full-time, part-time, and casual roles with potential career progression within Healius/QML Pathology.
Required Qualifications
- Cert III in Pathology Collection or healthcare background
- Valid Driver's license
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
- WWCC or willingness to obtain prior to commencing
- Vaccination requirements including Hepatitis B
- Australian citizen or permanent resident or NZ citizen or valid visa to work in Australia
