Pathology Solutions Specialist in Tissue Diagnostics responsible for protecting and growing the High Medical Value IHC portfolio and research market share. Develops and implements capital equipment sales strategies to meet revenue objectives; leverages relationships to grow current customer base; collaborates with Account Managers and Strategic Account Managers to call on perspectives and current customers; sells capital equipment to health systems, hospitals, and reference laboratories, via capital expenditures or bundling with reagents; maintains deep product/market knowledge and serves as an expert to colleagues and customers. Works independently on complex problems, focuses on strategic, high-visibility accounts, and travels within the assigned territory (OH, PA & WV). Relocation benefits are not provided. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of sales experience, with preferred advanced degrees and leadership capabilities. The role emphasizes consultative selling, negotiation, and strong communication, with extensive travel and a pay range of $100,400–$186,400 depending on experience and location.
