Job Summary
Pathology Collector (Phlebotomist) needed for Albury Wodonga region and surrounds. Collect blood and non-blood samples, maintain meticulous records, prepare and package specimens for transport, and liaise with patients, clinic staff and couriers. Role supports patient care with empathy, strong customer service, organizational skills, and ability to travel between multiple local clinics. Requires Certificate III in Pathology Collection or healthcare background, driving license, WWCC, and vaccination requirements as applicable. Full-time, 38 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with potential travel to surrounding clinics within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Pathology Collection or equivalent healthcare background
- Valid Driver's license
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
- Eligibility to work in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, NZ citizen, or visa with permission to work)
- Vaccination evidence (e.g., Hepatitis B) or as required by location
