Job Summary
Pathology Collector (Phlebotomist) collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery for testing. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, clinic staff and couriers, maintaining meticulous records, preparing/packaging specimens, and delivering documentation within strict turnaround times. Role supports asking for empathy-driven patient care and robust customer service across local clinics in Coffs Harbour, NSW, with the flexibility of part-time shifts (25 hours/week) across two schedules. Requires Cert III in Pathology Collection (or healthcare background), a valid driver’s license, WWCC, and immunization/vaccination prerequisites. Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Pathology Collection or healthcare background
- Valid Driver's license and ability to travel to multiple clinics
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
- Vaccination requirements (Hepatitis B, etc.) as applicable to role
