Job Summary
Pathologist with subspecialty focus on Gynecologic Pathology sought for full-time position at Northern Westchester Hospital and Phelps Memorial Hospital (Northwell Health system). Primary duties include diagnostic interpretation in Gynecologic Pathology within an expanding surgical pathology service, with potential involvement in general surgical pathology. Requires completion of an ACGME-accredited pathology residency, fellowship training in Gynecologic Pathology (or equivalent experience), Board Certified/Eligible status in AP/CP, and eligibility for NY State medical licensure. Academic appointment with Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, and affiliation with a large health system. Location-based services across Westchester, Rockland, and Putnam Counties; positions at White Plains, Mount Kisco, and Sleepy Hollow facilities.
Required Qualifications
- AP/CP Board Certified/Eligible Surgical Pathologist
- Fellowship training in Gynecologic Pathology or equivalent specialized experience
- Graduated from an ACGME-accredited Pathology residency training program
- Unrestricted New York State Medical License or eligibility
