Job Summary
RN provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care to meet the needs of each assigned patient within the ERC Pathlight system. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, administering treatment, phlebotomy, IV/enteral feeding, wound care, nasogastric tube management, documentation in EMR, supervising and delegating to LPN/LVN and BH Technicians, coordinating with interdisciplinary team, responding to emergencies, and on-call shifts as needed. Must have active RN license in state and Basic Life Support, strong communication, ability to stay calm under stress, and maintain patient confidentiality. RCCF-specific requirement: staff must be at least 21 years old or 18+ with supervision. Schedule: two 8-hour weekday shifts, 8am-4pm. Compensation is based on experience; Colorado pay range is $40–$49/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse License in state
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS)
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) must be at least 21 years old, or 18 with supervision
