Job Summary
Lead LATAM Supply Chain Integrated Supply Planning service delivery teams, ensuring compliance with quality, financial control, and SLA standards for Salty and Foods operations. Drive continuous process improvement, optimize service levels, and enhance KPIs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to eliminate bottlenecks and support strategic sourcing decisions. Oversee long-term production planning, inventory targets, and tactical sourcing to maximize productivity and customer fulfillment while managing urgent requests and unplanned scenarios. Establish a fully operational shared service organization in Mexico, maintain business continuity plans, and balance operational efficiency with strategic growth across the region.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years of progressive broad experience in multiple SC functions
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a similar field
- Fluent in Spanish
- Previous experience in production planning (MPS, MRP, DRP)
- Demonstrated ability to lead a large, cross-functional organization
- Strong talent development capabilities
- Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- Ability to recognize and take action to improve the delivery of work
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
- Be flexible, organized, and able to manage competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal relationships
- Ability to handle critical situations with tact and diplomacy
