Job Summary
Prosecute patents in 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor, memory, image processing, and RF front-end technologies while managing client portfolios. Liaise with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios, leveraging experience from a large national firm. Candidates must be admitted to the bar, registered with the USPTO, and hold an Electrical Engineering degree with strong analytical and writing skills. This full-time role offers progression to Senior Counsel and potential partnership within a prestigious global law firm. Required Qualifications
- Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
- At least two years of patent prosecution experience
- Registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or qualified to register for the USPTO
- Admitted to and in good standing of the Bar, or be eligible to waive in
- Strong background in 5G, Wi-Fi and other wireless technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing and RF front-end
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience liaising with clients to develop and manage portfolios
- Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience with a Large National Firm
- Patent prosecution experience in 5G, Wi-Fi and other wireless technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing and RF front-end
- Counsel lawyer status
- At least two years of patent prosecution experience
- Patent prosecution experience in 5G, Wi-Fi and other wireless technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), processor and memory systems, image processing and RF front-end
- Lateral candidate coming directly from another LARGE FIRM (Top 350)
