Conduct patent applications through to grant of protection rights and prepare for and accompany opposition proceedings. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, handle independent communication with clients, offices, and colleagues, and record and administer relevant appointments and deadlines. Requires successful completion of a Patent Attorney Assistant, Foreign Language Correspondent, or Legal Attorney Assistant training with relevant experience in patent or trademark areas, strong German skills, and ideally English proficiency.
