Job Summary
Advise clients from domestic and international markets on all aspects of patent law. Manage grant procedures before the European Patent Office and support clients from invention disclosure through to issued patents. Assist with opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office and prepare legal opinions. Requires a strong university degree, technical expertise, and fluency in German and English. Ideal for candidates with a passion for complex technical questions and a high standard of detail.
