Job Summary
Prepare responses to USPTO notices, office actions, and information disclosure statements while drafting correspondence for patent filings. Review files to prepare disclosure statements for U.S. and international applications, perform database input and maintenance, and calculate patent term adjustments. Load USPTO forms for electronic filing, manage fee payments, and create notice of allowance checklists. Submit certificate of corrections and priority document requests, reconcile invoices, and mentor Patent Paralegal I staff.
Required Qualifications
