Handle matters representing both patent holders and alleged infringers, requiring strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Maintain bar admission in the applicable state or eligibility to sit for the next bar examination. This hybrid position is open to junior and mid-level associates with 1–6 years of experience, including prior work at leading corporate firms (top AmLaw) and superior academic credentials. Candidates should have a degree or background in high technology or life sciences, though diverse backgrounds are welcome.
Required Qualifications
- 1–6 years of experience in patent litigation
- Strong academic performance
