Job Summary
Hybrid Patent Litigation Associate to join a nationally recognized team representing patent holders and alleged infringers in high tech and life sciences matters. The role supports work across multiple offices (New York, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Silicon Valley, Seattle, and Washington, DC) with emphasis on technology and life science patent litigation, federal court proceedings, and parallel post-grant activity before the Patent Office. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of technology or life sciences patent litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent oral/written/interpersonal skills, and is motivated to work with technology or life science companies in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
