Job Summary
Lead patent application, portfolio strategy, and technical communications with R&D teams to identify innovation points and clarify application requirements. Conduct patent searches and analyses, draft and submit applications, and participate in portfolio planning to support the company's technology development strategy. Assist in patent invalidation, infringement analysis, and related legal matters while managing patent-related budgets and expenses. Track project progress to ensure timely delivery and serve as the primary contact for external patent agencies. Support internal IP training and promote patent awareness across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, Electronics, Law, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a patent engineer or in intellectual property-related work
- Familiar with patent search, drafting, portfolio management, and relevant laws and regulations
- Knowledge of domestic and international patent application processes and related policies
