Job Summary
Draft and globally prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications, including coordinating with foreign law firms and clients for formal document processing. Manage the patent prosecution docket, prepare notices for upcoming deadlines, and maintain client patent portfolios across diverse industries. Review country requirements, obtain foreign filing licenses, and anticipate supervising partner needs while delegating tasks to paralegals and administrative assistants. Meet an annual billable hour target of 1650 in a professional office environment with no travel expected.
Required Qualifications
