Job Summary
Satisfactory implementation and delivery of the Parents as Teachers (PAT) program within the PAT curriculum, partnering with families to support child development and family well-being. Deliver PAT services to a caseload of up to 20 families via home visits, administer caregiver assessments, maintain accurate records and documentation, participate in trainings and staff meetings, engage in recruitment activities, provide group connections, and represent PAT at health fairs and community events. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, ability to manage time and travel within assigned region, and adherence to confidentiality and billing guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development or Social Science field of study preferred
- 1+ Years in Social Services Field including early childhood education, social work, health, psychology, or related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Valid state driver’s license with good driving record; ability to provide own transportation and proof of current automobile insurance
- CPR/First Aid Certification (provided)
- PAT Certified Educator 0-3
