Job Summary
Deliver evidence-based programming to families throughout Berkshire County while providing home visiting support with a peer recovery component. Utilize personal lived experience to connect with individuals affected by substance abuse, leveraging training in peer recovery principles. Apply knowledge of child development and parenting to engage all families, while managing data tracking and input using average computer skills. Partner with community resources to support diverse, multi-lingual families in the human service field. This role supports 18 Degrees' mission to cultivate teams embracing diversity, equity, and inclusiveness for new beginnings.
