Job Summary
As a Patient Access Representative at Children’s Wisconsin, you will welcome patients and families, gather and verify demographic and insurance information, complete patient registrations, and help prevent billing delays by ensuring error-free accounts. You will maintain fast and precise data entry in a busy environment, collaborate with a supportive team, and provide age-appropriate service to our diverse patient population. This part-time position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with computers, Microsoft Windows, and basic troubleshooting
- A calm, positive presence even on busy days
