Job Summary
Prep, cook, and plate all menu items according to Chefs' standards while maintaining production quality in a high-volume fine dining restaurant. Work production shifts alongside line and plating shifts, ensuring station cleanliness and safety throughout the entire shift. Maintain professional demeanor as an open station visible to guests, multitasking quickly and effectively in a busy environment. Requires ability to work weekends, days, late nights, and holidays.
