Job Summary
Seeking a Pastry Line Cook for evening shifts at Southall to prepare seasonal pastries for fine dining experiences. Requires 2 years of industry experience and knowledge of patisserie techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in the industry
- Intimate and working knowledge of patisserie, boulangerie, and viennoiserie
- Ability to read, write and understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Conversational Spanish (preferred)
- Opening experience (preferred)
Additional Requirements
- Available to work weekends, evenings and/or holidays
- Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods
