Pastry Industrial Placement

Prepare patisserie and desserts, organize ingredients, and maintain kitchen hygiene while managing stock rotation and labelling for your own section. Enforce food safety standards and ensure all administrative deadlines are met. Work one 9-hour shift per week as part of a 6-month fixed-term placement within the Knightsbridge store. Report to the Chef de Partie to support smooth kitchen operations. This role offers training to develop into a Master's within the pastry brigade at Harrods, a leading luxury department store.
