Job Summary
Prepare, bake, and present a wide variety of delectable pastries, cakes, and confections for guests. Collaborate with experienced Pastry Chefs to learn new techniques, experiment with flavors, and elevate dessert offerings. Assist in the creation of exquisite desserts that align with the hotel's legacy of excellence since 1926. Work extended hours when business necessitates and maintain effective communication with the public and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Pastry experience
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
- Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
- Read, write and speak and understand English
- Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
- Pre-employment drug test
