Job Summary
Produce high-quality pastries and desserts (e.g., cheesecakes, layer cakes, mousses, cookies) and house-made breads like focaccia according to established recipes. Prepare, portion, and package desserts for in-house service and catering orders. Maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced kitchen and assist with catering needs. Requires 6 months–2 years of pastry/baking experience, availability mornings and weekends, ability to stand long hours, and lift up to 50 pounds.
