Job Summary
Prepare and cook foods according to Marriott standards and recipes, including portioning and prepping ingredients, while maintaining quality, safety, and sanitation. Operate baking tools and equipment, monitor temperatures, and ensure adherence to food safety policies. Maintain professional communication, support team goals, and perform housekeeping and station setup/breakdown. Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods; follow safety, security, and confidentiality guidelines; participate in ongoing training and produce consistent, high-quality pastries and desserts.

- Less than 1-year related work experience
- No supervisory experience
