Pastry Cook III

Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and presentation standards, including portioning, chopping, and storing ingredients. Safely use baking tools and appliances while monitoring food temperatures and ensuring compliance with food safety policies. Wash and disinfect kitchen areas, set up and break down work stations, and maintain personal hygiene. Monitor food quality and portions served throughout the shift, report accidents or unsafe conditions to management, and develop positive working relationships with the team.
