Job Summary
Prepare and bake pastries, breads, and desserts according to standardized recipes for stadium outlets, restaurants, and events. Assist with daily production to meet forecasted business levels for games and ensure consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion control. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment while properly storing, labeling, and rotating ingredients to minimize waste. Operate kitchen equipment safely and support setup, execution, and breakdown of pastry operations for events and game days. Work collaboratively with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to prepare menu items and follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1–3 years of professional pastry or baking experience
- Culinary/pastry degree or certification
- Strong knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions with precision
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during events
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift/move up to 50 lbs
