Job Summary
Pastry Commis I – Cake Display at a 5-Star Luxury Hotel: assist in preparing and presenting cakes and pastries, under the supervision of senior pastry chefs, with a focus on high-quality cake displays, decoration, and presentation. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pastry Commis or similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel or reputable bakery
- Basic knowledge of pastry and cake preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and passion for cake decoration and presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
