Job Summary
Pastry Chef leads the centralized production of highly specialized bakery and pastry items, supervises and participates in production, and directs training sessions for the team. Requires an advanced culinary/hospitality or business degree with at least 3 years of experience in large-scale bakery operations, specialty cake decorating, food service management, and inventory control; strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with a diverse team to deliver creative, high-quality desserts for guests.
Required Qualifications
- An advanced level culinary, hospitality or business degree
- At least 3 years experience in managing and participating in the operation of a large scale bakery production center including specialty cake decorating and pastry production, food service management, and inventory control.
