Job Summary
Create and develop innovative dessert menus and seasonal features for all Serenitee locations; design, test, and implement artisan bread programs across multiple concepts; lead production standards, recipes, and presentation consistency company-wide; train, mentor, and inspire kitchen teams on pastry and bread techniques; source high-quality ingredients and maintain strong vendor relationships; monitor food cost, labor efficiency, and production processes; ensure the highest standards of quality, creativity, and execution; stay ahead of industry trends and collaborate with Executive Chefs and culinary leadership on menu development and special events.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Executive Pastry Chef, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of artisan bread production, baking techniques, and dessert development
- Creativity balanced with operational excellence
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to quality
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage production across multiple locations
- Experience training and developing culinary teams
