Job Summary

Pastry Chef de Partie leads the pastry section to Michelin-level standards, delivering plated desserts, breads, ice creams, sorbets, petits fours, and celebration elements while ensuring mise en place, service readiness, and consistent execution. You will support senior pastry chefs with menu development, seasonal changes, and daily operational planning; train and guide brigade members, maintaining a calm, professional, and collaborative environment; uphold high hygiene, safety, and presentation standards; and collaborate with the wider SOURCE brigade to align savoury and pastry elements. The role requires experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining pastry environments, strong classical and modern pastry techniques, and a demonstrated ability to lead with organisation, precision, and composure, plus a passion for developing junior chefs and contributing to a forward-thinking, locally sourced culinary team.
