Job Summary
Responsibilities include following recipes for consistent product quality, measuring and mixing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bakery, collaborating with the Chef and cook line for timely service, assisting with plating and packaging, and upholding quality standards. Candidates should possess previous experience in a bakery or kitchen role, basic baking knowledge, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bakery, pastry, or kitchen role.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
- Ability to follow recipes, work efficiently, and multitask in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality in all products.
