Job Summary
Pastry & Bakery Commis I at Four Seasons Abu Dhabi on Al Maryah Island supports the pastry team in day-to-day kitchen operations, preparing items per standard procedures and recipes, assisting Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie/Commis I in recipe development and adherence to food standards, participating in product development, ensuring sanitation and kitchen efficiency, and contributing to a professional, collaborative environment. Requires at least 1 year of experience in a luxury-brand kitchen, strong English communication, and excellent interpersonal skills to maintain high service quality in a luxury hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pastry/bakery or similar role in luxury brand
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- High level of understanding and knowledge of kitchen operations
- Outgoing personality and can-do attitude
