Job Summary
As a Pastry Assistant, you will be responsible for gathering ingredients and equipment to prepare desserts and pastries, following standard recipes to deliver high-quality food within specified time limits, and ensuring consistency and quality in all pastries produced. The role requires at least one year of experience in food production or baking, successful completion of food safety programs within 30 days of hire, and a proactive approach to working flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

- One year experience with baking or pastry production
- Must complete food safety programs successfully within 30 days of hire
