Job Summary
Pastry Assistant responsible for preparing various pastries and desserts to Jeff Ruby standards, ensuring aesthetically appealing presentations, stocking dessert components, and maintaining sanitary kitchen practices. Duties include following approved recipes, daily workstation setup, assisting with monthly inventory counts, supporting coworkers on the line, reviewing recipes and documentation, and traveling to all Cincinnati locations. Requires food preparation knowledge, ability to operate cooking equipment, and at least a year of culinary training or restaurant experience.
