Job Summary
Support pupils with SEMH needs, Autism, and additional behavioural challenges by helping them regulate emotions and engage positively with school life. Focus on building relationships with young people to assist them through challenging situations, prioritizing emotional regulation over academic support. Manage behaviour effectively while fostering success both inside and outside the classroom for vulnerable students. Full-time availability required starting September 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Strong behaviour management skills
