Job Summary
Pastoral Lead responsible for on-site, full-time pastoral leadership across Liverpool Waters, delivering 30 hours of Personal Development Programme to 16–18 learners, providing safeguarding and wellbeing support, conducting 1:1 progress reviews, maintaining student records, and collaborating with curriculum and cross-college teams to ensure inclusion, protection, and progression for 16–18 learners, adults and apprentices; requires degree or equivalent and strong safeguarding/communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to Level 4 e.g., Degree or equivalent
- Excellent computer literacy
- Knowledge of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusivity and health and safety
- Experience of working with vulnerable young people
- Knowledge of post 16 qualifications
- Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy or willingness to complete
