Job Summary
Provide emotional and spiritual support to aging Sisters at Mount Notre Dame Health Center. Work as part of a team to support the Sisters' emotional, spiritual, and social well-being. Foster a home-like atmosphere within the community, facilitate respectful communication, advocate for the Sisters' needs, promote and support the community's spiritual life, collaborate with the Moderator Team, Health Center staff, and Provincial Leadership, assist Sisters during end-of-life stages, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate sensitivity to beliefs of all members.
