Pastoral Care Assistant

Support children with complex emotional and behavioural needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health conditions, by applying high standards of care and developing individual programs. Work closely with families to create a positive learning environment where every young person can thrive, utilizing careful assessment and planning to address developmental needs. Collaborate with the in-house clinical team and multi-agency partners to resolve difficulties and ensure safeguarding compliance. This role involves daily pastoral support at Witherslack Group's specialist day school in Stockton-on-Tees, focusing on motivating young people to achieve and celebrating small victories in their progress.
