Pastor sought to lead Parkersburg CRC, a multigenerational congregation in Parkersburg, IA. Responsibilities include Preaching and Teaching biblically-based sermons, Worship Leadership, Pastoral Care, Sacramental Ministry, Community Engagement, Leadership and Administration of ministries, and Discipleship/education (including Heidelberg Catechism for high school youth and Vacation Bible School). Requires devotion to the Lord, godly character, and the ability to articulate biblical truths clearly; must meet or exceed ordination requirements for Commissioned Pastor or Minister of the Word & Sacrament in the CRCNA, with ordained individuals from other Reformed denominations being considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaboration with staff and volunteers, and a willingness to serve the Parkersburg community in ministry.
