Job Summary
Deliver biblically grounded sermons following the Revised Common Lectionary, cultivate authentic relationships across generations, and address spiritual needs for youth, young families, and those in long-term care. Guide congregations in spiritual development and community outreach, providing ministerial services to the sick and officiating weddings, funerals, baptisms, and communion. Teach confirmation classes for 8th graders, support Sunday School programs, and attend Men's Brotherhood, Prayer Cell, and Women's Guild meetings. Serve as a resource at monthly teacher meetings and lead worship in traditional settings within rural central Missouri.

- Faith: A strong personal faith and commitment to Jesus Christ
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in preaching and pastoral ministry
- A seminary degree
