Job Summary

Preach God's Word, shepherd the congregation, and lead outreach efforts to reach youth and young families. Cultivate a younger, growing church while maintaining unity and faithful adherence to Scripture. Manage church administration, support lay-leadership development, and engage in prayer and Bible study with the board. Serve in a close, family-like community of approximately 40 weekly attendees in Ligonier, PA, with a focus on gentle, thoughtful change. The role requires licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance and offers a salary, health care, and retirement benefits.
