Job Summary
Operate the egg pasteurisation line to meet daily production targets while maintaining hygiene, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include running and monitoring equipment, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, recording performance data, and supporting maintenance planning. Key skills include adherence to HACCP/GMP, hands-on experience with automated processing equipment, problem-solving, attention to SOPs/CICs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP)
- Hands-on experience with automated processing equipment in food manufacturing
- Basic technical aptitude for minor adjustments and routine maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to technical issues
- Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and Cleaning instruction cards (CICs)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
