Pasta Cooks maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation. They assure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items. Our CPK team supports line checks, completes prep par sheets each shift, and prepares all necessary items for their station. They practice safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment, maintain proper temperatures, and perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift.
