Job Summary
Oversee fast-paced airport passenger service operations including check-in processing, ticketing, baggage handling, and passenger assistance; supervise with lead experience; host self-service kiosks and verify documents; ensure work areas (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage) are organized and functional; make announcements and assign seats as needed; uphold safety, security, wellbeing and compliance standards in accordance with company policies.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of lead or supervisory experience
- One (1) year of airport operations experience or hospitality experience
- Ability to use computer-based systems
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to stand for long periods at the ticket counter and gate check-in areas
- Must be 18 years of age or older
