Job Summary
Passenger Service & Ramp Lead coordinates, monitors, and supports Passenger Services and Ramp teams to ensure quality customer service and on-time operation. The role assists Service Agents to perform duties safely and professionally, liaises with Carrier representatives, maintains training records, handles administrative tasks (ordering supplies, improving procedures, addressing delays), supports staff morale, covers manpower shortages, and adheres to safety, security, wellbeing, and compliance policies. The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, a valid driver’s license, ability to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays, and successful completion of pre-employment drug and physical tests. A High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) is required, with additional college certificate/technical training or related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
- One year college certificate or technical school, six months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to supervise up to 10-15 service agents
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing to include drug testing and a physical
- Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
- Must maintain a valid state driver’s license
- Must be able and flexible to work variables shifts including weekends and holidays
