Job Summary
Passenger Service & Ramp Agent role performing both passenger support and ramp operations at Brunswick, GA. Responsibilities include loading/unloading baggage, marshaling and ground equipment setup for arrivals/departures, transporting baggage and cargo between terminals, providing passenger assistance (including wheelchair support and gate assistance), aiding boarding/deplaning and flight information, operating ground support equipment (belt loaders, baggage carts, tugs, tow equipment), ensuring baggage accuracy, following TSA and airport safety procedures, inspecting equipment and reporting maintenance or safety concerns, and communicating with gate agents, dispatchers, supervisors, and flight crews. Must maintain professionalism and customer focus, respond to operational changes, and perform additional duties as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment, strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work flexible schedules, outdoors in varying weather, reliable attendance, access to transportation, prior airport/ramp/customer service/logistics experience, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, English literacy, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks, plus eligibility for a security badge and compliant uniform. Salary: $14.50 hourly (annualized to $30,160).
