Job Summary
Lead and oversee passenger service teams responsible for check-in, boarding, arrivals, and special assistance to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery; ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, and airline policies; manage staffing, scheduling, and training to meet operational demands; monitor flight activities for on-time performance and service quality; coach supervisors, conduct performance reviews, and drive professional development; liaise with airline customers, airport authorities, and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain relationships; maintain records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements; promote safety, teamwork, and accountability throughout the station.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
