Job Summary
Assist passengers with check-in for international and domestic travel, designate seats, verify documentation, ensure boarding passes for charter flights, verify tickets and reservations, match manifests to on-board counts, assist with governmental agency requirements, and connect/disconnect jetways as needed. Uphold safety, security, wellbeing and compliance standards, including health and safety rules and substance-m misuse policies. Requires 18+ years old, valid Driver’s License and FAA identification, English proficiency, ability to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays, indoor/outdoor work in all weather, and ability to lift/push/pull up to 70 lbs. On-site role located in Lake Charles, LA, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License and FAA required identification/seals
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Work is indoors and outdoors – must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs
